TERMS & CONDITIONS

When you enroll in our monthly membership program, you become part of Topwash Express Wash Club and your credit card account will be billed every month.  The Automatic Recharge Authorization allows membership to renew automatically, unless it is cancelled prior to the date of enrollment.  If you wish to cancel the month to month membership program, you must notify Topwash Express seven days prior to the billing date, or you will be charged at the next billing cycle.  To cancel your membership, please call, submit an email request, or come in to the location. Customers will be charged every month on the enrollment date. The unlimited club program is per vehicle. You must enroll each vehicle you plan on using. Topwash Express reserves the right to terminate the program at any time, and that the plan will be cancelled if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system.  Availability of services may be affected under circumstances, such as equipment failure or inclement weather.  Monthly rates may be increased, with notices posted at the site at least 30 days in advance.
